The Apologue

Louis Noel,( born in Rumenghem near Saint-Omer 1 April 1839 died in Paris in 1925), was a French sculptor.

Biography


He started at the Salon of 1863. Particularly productive artist, he exhibited regularly numerous busts and statues, portraits of historical figures, of saints and contemporary. He is the stepfather of the sculptor Jules Déchin.
