Kasuma Affandi (Bandung, 1910 - 1990) was a painter of Indonesia. It is considered the leader of the painting of his country, since 1938, when Jakarta was founded the Artists' Union, which followed the exposure of Bandung next year. Kusuma draws on German expressionism, characterized by strong brushstrokes, and the technique of spreading the colors on the canvas directly taking advantage of the tube. In Italy won in 1977, Dag Hammarskjold Award.
